Third edition of CeBIT 2016 to focus on ‘Building New Perspectives in the Business of Technology Innovation’

Hannover Milano Fairs India Pvt. Ltd. (HMFI), the Indian subsidiary of the Global JV Company HMG (Hannover Milano Global), is all geared to bring the 3rd edition of CeBIT India 2016, cebitworld’s largest IT and ICT event from 8-10 December 2016 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC).  CeBIT India is a  global business IT event with around 400+ participants and more than 150 Starts Ups from across the world., , will . The core theme of the event is ‘Discover the Business of Technology Innovation’ with an aim to pave the way of making technology accessible to all. This year, in lieu of its theme, CeBIT India 2016 is powered by technology, bringing together thought leaders, visionaries; innovators, SMEs and startups; CXOs, VCs, mentors & dignitaries and technology buyers and users across various industry segments. The expo will focus on five hot trends causing disruption across sectors; Social innovation, IoT, Cloud, Mobile & 4G and Virtual Reality.


CeBIT India 2016 will see an increased focus on Starts Ups in the Enterprise IT along with SMEs and MSMEs as well as trends in the IoT in manufacturing and healthcare sector . The special features of this year will set the central tone of the show. After two years of sustained partnership, STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) has confirmed its strategic partnership with CeBIT India for the third consecutive year, to promote the Software & Electronics Hardware industry in the country. STPI will yet again bring together 100 MSMEs from across India to showcase themselves at the STPI ‘Make-in-India’ pavilion at CeBIT India 2016. STPI is an autonomous society under Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Dept. of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India and has been proactively involved in creating a supportive ecosystem for the Industry, so as to enable the industry to realize its potential and to lead the country towards growth and prosperity.

Consortium of Electronic Industries of Karnataka – CLIK, the Regional Trade Organization, located in Bangalore, is continuing its association with CeBIT India this year to empower the electronic and semicon industry. The collaboration between CeBIT and CLIK will further promote growth in the ESDM sector and provide newer forays for collaboration between member MSMEs, government, and service providers, as well as encouraging global investment in the state.

CeBIT India 2016, is an effort towards building a ‘Comprehensive Business Technology Trade Event’ in India. The attendees of the event will witness – technology innovations and solutions with cross-industry applications, coupled with a powerful line up of speakers & thought leaders from the rapidly transforming Digital World.

CeBIT is the world’s largest business IT event organized in Hannover, in Germany and apart from India, the brand has made its global footprints with shows in Australia, Turkey and Brazil. CeBIT India 2014 hosted 9311 business buyers from various industry spectrums over 3 days who were treated to an extravagant display of latest trends and technology by leading IT companies.
