Complaint by one of the Consumers in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. @airtelindia is unable to install and upgrade a connection in a place just because their engineers couldn’t make a drill hole in the wall.
The respective engineer denied to proceed with the installation further and told the consumers to make the arrangements on their own and call them again for further process. The consumer told us they tried making several calls to the toll free number of Airtel (121), but the same is set on auto-response stating “There is some technical process going on, it will be resolved soon”.
The consumer also mentioned that they had mailed the concern for solution on “firstname.lastname@example.org” as mentioned on their website, and Airtel has been ignorant on the same with no replies or acknowledgement.
With Airtel being one of the biggest telecom service provider, this is surely not the level of service expected by any consumer.
