Services like mentoring and coaching, better access to finance, better organizational culture and industry best practices to improve growth and productivity not only adds value to the business owner, but also instills a can-do spirit by building self-confidence and making a partner/businessman aware of his/her potential and competitive advantage in the marketplace. Tally Xcelerator helps build/rebuild leadership behaviors, which make entrepreneurs recognize and acknowledge that:
Their professional behavior has greatly improved
They have implemented their well-structured business plan
Their management style has improved
The quality of their products and services has increased
The revenue (sales) of their companies has increased

Mr. Joyce Ray:-Tally is closely associated with the SME community and understands the challenges this segment needs to navigate in day-to-day operations. Through this program, we are addressing some of the pain points that businesses are facing, which are:
Lack of time – Inconsistency in following their vision and getting caught in the whirlwind of day to day operations
Unavailability of adept Resources and righteous access to finance, technology and market
Inadequate or incomplete Business Planning
Lack of information on Govt. initiative – Single window processing, Subsidies for MSMEs, Skill
India initiative for resources etc.
The program is still in its early stages of launch and some key insights that we have already start to notice are:
Change in professional behavior and management style, with the well-organized and crafted business plan.
Be it quality, revenues or the profits, all the aspects have shown steady progress
