Suzlon takes on  Solar Energy

suzlonSuzlon Group will be entering the solar energy sector this year. According to Suzlon’s group chairman, Tulsi Tanti, the group will be synchronising with the government and is trying for sustainable and affordable energy to be available to all by focussing on their R&D efforts for developing high yield products which will assure 12 – 15 percent higher energy yield.
He also said that, “Our priority for FY16 will be to ramp up volume by executing a strong order book of around 1100 MW while taking advantage of the immense traction in new orders. We also aim to establish 3 rotor blade manufacturing units in the country during this fiscal.”
Suzlon has plans of offering wind-solar integrated solutions and is going to continue to make high yielding products bringing the energy cost down and increasing the return on investment for consumers.
