Sony launches two speaker systems, prices start at Rs 7,490

Expanding its home audio products lineup in India, Sony has launched two speaker systems SA-D40 and SA-D20. They are priced at Rs 8,490 and Rs 7,490 respectively and will be available across all Sony Centers and major electronic stores in the country starting today in only Black colour variant.
The SA-D40 comes with 4.1 channel multimedia speaker with an 80W power output and the SA-D20 comes with 2.1 channel multimedia speaker with 60W power output. The surround sound system is claimed to deliver impactful bass with wider sound effect.
The SA-D40 and SA-D20 come with one supplied cable required to connect with TV as well as a remote controller. The speaker systems offer both Bluetooth and USB as connectivity options. These speakers can remember up to 8 devices that have been connected via Bluetooth.
Recently, Sony had launched four new noise cancellation headphones in India: WI-1000X, WH-1000XM2, WF-1000X and WH-H900N. The WH-1000XM2 and WH-H900N are priced at Rs 18,990 and Rs 29,990 respectively, whereas, the WF-1000X and WI-1000X are priced at Rs 14,990 and Rs 21,990. All the headphones will be available across all Sony Centers and major electronic stores in India.
The WH-1000XM2 and WI-1000X headphones are claimed to be the world’s first headphones to come with Atmospheric Pressure Optimizing which is supposed to examine the atmospheric pressure of the surroundings and optimize the headphones noise cancelling performance.
Also, the WH-1000XM2, WF-1000X and WI-1000X boast of the Adaptive Sound Control feature with integrated Sense Engine, which is also claimed to be another world’s first feature that offers activity recognition feature. It is said to provide a personalized experience and alter the noise as per the environment.
Also, the WH-1000XM2 and WH-H900N also come with a Quick Attention Mode.
The WF-1000X has a battery charging time of approximately 1.5 hours that is supposed to last for three hours. The WH-1000XM2 has a battery life of 40 hours and is said to gain 70 mins of battery life with 10 minutes of charging. Lastly, the WI-1000X takes approximately three-and-a-half hours to fully charge it and lasts for maximum up to 14 hours.
