Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro, Galaxy J2 (2017) get price cut in India

Samsung has slashed the price of its Galaxy J2 Pro and Galaxy J2 (2017) smartphones. The new prices are applicable on offline and online stores in the country.
The Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro was launched by the company in 2016 with a price tag of Rs 9,890 and is now selling at Rs 7,690 after a price cut of Rs 2,200. On the other hand, the Galaxy J2 (2017) which was launched at Rs 7,390 and is now selling at Rs 6,590 after the price drop of Rs 800.
To recall, the Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and sports a 5-inch HD display with 720×1280 pixel resolution. The device is powered by a a 1.5GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It offers 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB by adding a micro SD card. The smartphone boasts of an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter for selfies.

The handset packs a 2600mAh battery and offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone comes with features like S bike mode and Ultra-Data Saving mode.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy J2 (2017) comes with a 4.7-inch qHD with 540×960 pixels resolution and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos processor. The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and offers 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage. It sports a 5MP rear shooter and 2MP front camera.
