Samsung Announces Galaxy TabPro S With Windows 10

Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy TabPro S, a Windows 10 samsung _+galaxy_ tabpro s1tablet that looks quite similar to the company’s Android-powered Galaxy Tab S range of tablets, at CES 2016.

The new Samsung Galaxy TabPro S has a high-resolution 2160x1440p display measuring 12-inch and runs on an Intel Core M processor. Due to its fanless design, the new tablet is thinner than Microsoft’s Surface Pro 4. Under the hood are 128GB of storage and 4GB of RAM. The company will release the device in both Wi-Fi and 4G variants.

Galaxy TabPro S has only a single USB Type C port, but more ports, namely HDMI, USB Type A and USB Type C, can be added by connecting the optional port hub.

A keyboard dock is available for Samsung Galaxy TabPro S as part of the package, but users need to buy the stylus separately.

While there is no fingerprint sensor in Galaxy TabPro S, buyers can pair the tablet with a Samsung smartphone featuring the fingerprint scanner to log themselves in without typing the password.

Samsung said the tablet will go on sale in February.
