Rashi concludes Proud to be a DIYPC champion ProgrammeRashi Peripherals (RP TECH) successfully concluded a two days “Proud to be a DIYPC champion” program along with vendors; ASUS, CRUCIAL BY MICRON, INTEL and TOSIHBA. The aim of the conclave was to train the champions on improving the market share and upselling components such as CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Hard Drive, and Graphics card in the current stagnant market conditions. Over 60 champions were flown in from all parts of the country to attend the conclave. The blueprint of the conclave was to familiarize with the advantages of owning a DIY PC. Performance coupled with flexibility with a competitive price tag makes DIY PC a sound choice for the Indian consumers. At the end of the conclave; the champions seemed to have been ushering the same. The conclaves intention was to not only train but also motivate the Champions to “Up Sell” various components that go in a DIY PC.

“The word in the market is that the DIY PC business has stagnated, but Rashi continues to grow year over year. The DIY business has been the backbone in achieving consistent growth over the years. This growth would not be possible if the DIY business was shrinking. One cannot have a healthy tree with weak roots, thus Rashi growth is a testimonial of the same ” added Alok“ I am grateful for the highly interactive sessions conducted by Intel, ASUS, Toshiba and Micron that has had a lasting positive impact on the champions.” Alok Choudhary serves as the Group Business Manager – Component Division, at Rashi Peripherals.

The success of the conclave was measured in the increased confidence that was seen in the faces of the Champions. This conclave affirms unrelenting commitment of Rashi towards strengthening its position in the DIY PC market. Besides having the best brands in the world under distribution portfolio, it also has an apt marketing team to support demand generation and provide services across India.
