Global enterprise software provider, Ramco Systems announced today that it has won the ‘Transformation’ Award with Cobham Aviation Services for delivering digital transformation and the ‘Collaboration‘ Award with Norske Skog Australasia for enabling ERP transformation at the 2020 ISG Paragon Awards, APAC.

The Paragon Awards were established by ISG (Information Services Group), a leading global advisory firm, to celebrate and promote relationships within the sourcing community that have demonstrated high-performance leadership and best practices in the sourcing and service management fields. This year, two of Ramco’s client projects were recognized and awarded.

Cobham Aviation Services and Ramco Systems reached the digital transformation stage in 24 months, performing a cultural transformation that spanned across geographies and aligned People, Processes and Technology more closely with the business vision. Cobham went live with the entire solution across Australia, in 11 locations, with 54 Maintenance Centres. Norske Skog Australasia, the leading producer of newsprint and magazine paper in ANZ, successfully collaborated with Ramco Systems to transform its ERP system over a period of five years. The transformation resulted in several exceptional business outcomes for Norske Skog Australasia, such as  reduction of operating costs, reduction of invoice processing time, and seamless integration of acquired businesses into the cloud ERP platform without any capex, with both teams accomplishing with zero disruption.

Acknowledging the awards, Virender Aggarwal, CEO, Ramco Systems, said, “The ISG Paragon awards recognize organizations which have helped their clients realize phenomenal business benefits. It is a moment of great pride to win two awards for Transformation and Collaboration from ISG, this year.
