RAH Infotech and dbexpert.ai Expand Access to Unified Database Observability in India

RAH Infotech has entered into a partnership with dbexpert.ai to expand the platform’s reach in India through RAH’s channel ecosystem and focused technical capabilities.

The collaboration will give channel partners access to a single-platform database observability suite covering performance, security and health across SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL and MariaDB. RAH will support dbexpert.ai’s market development in India through partner enablement, technical support, pre-sales assistance and joint go-to-market activities.

Enterprise database estates often span several engines and deployment models. Database teams may have to move between separate performance, security and health monitoring tools while responding to incidents, availability requirements and compliance demands. This can slow diagnosis and make it difficult to maintain a consistent view across the database environment.

Ashok Kumar, Founder & MD, RAH Infotech, said, “Database teams today are not short of alerts; the real challenge lies in quickly identifying the root cause across diverse database environments and taking the right corrective action. As enterprises increasingly rely on data-driven operations, they need solutions that simplify database management while ensuring reliability, security and performance. Our partnership with dbexpert.ai addresses this need through a unified platform that supports five widely used database engines. Together, we will enable our channel partners with the technical expertise, pre-sales support and capabilities required to help enterprises strengthen their database operations in environments where reliability, security and data control are critical.”

dbexpert.ai performs more than 1,775 automated checks per server across database performance, security and health. Its Detection Tree capability provides automated root-cause analysis designed to identify the cause of an issue rather than generate another alert.

AI Chat provides plain-language explanations to support faster triage, while Forecast offers predictive analytics and Time Travel enables teams to replay and investigate past incidents. The platform uses 10-millisecond scan cycles for near-instant visibility and supports agentless deployment through SaaS or a fully air-gapped on-premises environment.

The commercial proposition for partners centres on consolidation. dbexpert.ai is positioned to replace three to five point tools with one platform and is backed by a 14-Day Root-Cause Guarantee.

The partnership will initially focus on BFSI, healthcare and other regulated and compliance-driven sectors that require stronger control over database security, availability and data sovereignty. It will also address the requirements of IT services companies, system integrators, telecom providers, e-commerce businesses and SaaS companies operating mixed, multi-vendor database environments.

The platform is relevant to organisations managing cloud and hybrid deployments, adopting open-source databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and MariaDB, or seeking to reduce their dependence on separate vendor-specific monitoring tools.

David Shalts, Chief Strategy Officer, dbexpert.ai

David Shalts, Chief Strategy Officer, dbexpert.ai, said,India is one of the most important database markets in the world. The estates are large, increasingly multi-engine, and running under real regulatory pressure. We chose to work with RAH Infotech because serving enterprises here takes more than distribution; it takes a partner that can build genuine technical depth around the platform and stand behind customers through evaluation and deployment. Together we want to give Indian database teams a straight answer to a hard question of what is actually going wrong and what to do about it  across all five of their engines, and to deliver it in the on-premises and air-gapped environments that regulated sectors depend on.”

Through the collaboration, RAH Infotech and dbexpert.ai will provide channel partners with product training, technical enablement, pre-sales assistance and go-to-market support. RAH will also work with its partners to support enterprise evaluations and adoption of the platform across India.
