Furthermore, R&M offers one of the most comprehensive warranty programs in structured cabling in accordance with EN 50173, ISO/IEC 11801 and EIA TIA 568-B. The warranty program comprises all the key elements needed for that solution: planning, product selection, installation, acceptance measurements and operation.

Mr Gaurav Ahluwalia
Managing Director – India, R&M India
Gaurav Ahluwalia is a young and dynamic leader of men and processes. As the Managing Director of R&M’s India operations, Gaurav provides leadership for R&M’s all the initiatives in India. Gaurav is a Gold Medalist in Telecom Engineering (B.E.). Gaurav has been with R&M since 2005 in the Middle East and then in India. Prior to this, he was with the Bahwan Group’s Telecom division in Abu Dhabi for 13 years.
Gaurav’s responsibility is to spearhead R&M’s initiatives in India, which includes relationships with distributors, partners, system integrators, etc as well as enterprise customers. He has built the R&M India team from scratch and has led R&M’s charge by getting R&M among Top four vendors. He is an avid reader and a busy traveler.
Shailendra Trivedi
Director-Operations & Channel Development, R&M India
As the Director of Operations and Channel Development, Shailendra Trivedi is responsible for R&M’s operations and processes including supply chain management, order management, back-office and support functions in India. In addition, Trivedi also oversees R&M channel development activities with responsibility for strategic planning, partner relations, and channel marketing for India.
With more than 15 years of sales and technical experience in the structured cabling and IT infrastructure sector, Trivedi has worked with many of the industry’s leading companies. Trivedi joined R&M in 2006 and has played a pivotal role in R&M becoming one of the largest growing structured cabling players in the market in India.
Trivedi holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications (E&TC) and a master’s degree in business management from University of Pune.
