Devita Saraf is the CEO and Design Head of Vu Technologies. In a short span of 6 years, Vu Technologies has become the most valuable Television brand in India after Sony, Samsung and LG in the high-end TV segment for consumers and corporate clients. Devita and her team have built a business worth Rs.200 Crore in the area of LED Televisions, Ultra HD TVs, Super TVs, Corporate Displays, Video walls, Digital Signage, Touchscreen/Interactive Displays and Telepresence. As the Design Head, Devita and her team have implemented display projects for companies in Hospitality [Oberoi, Taj, Hyatt, Marriott, Ritz Carlton], Banking [Standard Chartered, Citibank, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, HSBC], Automotive [Jaguar, Audi, Tata Motors, Toyota], Corporate [Microsoft, IBM, Tata Group, Aditya Birla Group, Godrej], Retail [Haagen Dazs, Shoppers Stop, Vero Moda] and the Government [Indian Navy, Maharashtra Police, Doordarshan] . All the products, projects and campaigns are done in-house with an expert team inspired by the Innovation labs of MIT Media Lab [Massachusetts], Ideo [California], Intel Research Lab [Oregon] and others. As a luxury consumer brand, Vu partnered with Tarun Tahiliani and Swarovski in 2012 to create the world’s most expensive consumer Television. In 2014, Vu launched the world’s only Apple-based TV – the Vu SuperMac – to rave reviews from technology magazines and experts.

At 29, she was named the Indo-American Society’s Most Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur. She is also the youngest businesswoman on India Today’s list of 25 Most Powerful Women in India. Additionally, Devita is deeply involved with policy making and various economic issues through professional trade organizations such as FICCI, CII and she founded the Young Bombay Forum at the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Devita was the only young female speaker at the Wharton India Economic Forum in Philadelphia in 2013.

Devita earned her Bachelor of Business Management [Marketing] from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Additionally, Devita has studied Game Theory and Strategic Thinking from the London School of Economics and Management of Technology from the University of California, Berkeley.
