download (10)Sang Fei-owned smartphone brand Philips has introduced two new smartphones in the Indian market. The Philips S388 and Philips I928 smartphones are now up for grabs at a price tag of Rs 38,538 and Rs 13,694 respectively. It must be noted that both the devices are 3G ready devices and offer dual-SIM support.

The Philips I928 smartphone is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It sports a 13MP rear snapper that can record full-HD videos and coes with with autofocus functionality, f/2.0 lens and dual-LED flash. Meanwhile, there is also a 5MP front-facing camera onboard the device. It comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The dual-SIM device runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. Connectivity options include: Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, GPRS and 3G. It decks in a 3,300mAh Li-ion battery which can deliver up to 600 hours of standby time and 19 hours of talk time, according to Philips.

The Philips S388 smartphone features an 11.43-cm (4.5-inch) qHD IPS display with a 540×960 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor (unknown chipset) coupled with 1GB of

RAM. It sports a 5MP rear camera wih built-in flash (no secondary front-facing camera). The dual-SIM device also runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. Connectivity options include: Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, GPRS and 3G. It decks in a 1,700mAh Li-ion battery.
