Vikas Gupta :-  What will be your growth strategy in India for this financial year?

Mr. Vikram :-  We are working on multiple segments. OEM business is our core business and we are aggressively working on many more tie ups. These tie ups will strengthen our position as the preferred manufacturers for the brands. As for Channel Sales we are working on spreading the foot prints across India. Currently we have 20 Super Stockist and around 80 Distributors all over India. We would be bringing around 100 more distributors under coverage in next FY. We expect to grow at CAGR of 35% and planned growth in comparison to last year would be around 100% including channel and online sales. We have ambitions of going global in the year 2016. The working has been done and we are just waiting for the sign ups now.

Vikas Gupta :-  How is Adit Infratel India positioning itself in the Indian sub continent?

Mr. Vikram :-  AIPL is basically a manufacturing company. Our vision is to be the first choice for the OEMs in our line of products. We would also be focusing on the Channel and Online sales. We would be taking a position as a brand with value for masses. We would like our products go to the masses so that they can feel that Indian manufacturers are nothing  less than the overseas suppliers in terms of quality and pricing.

Vikas Gupta :-  How much of a role are the channels playing in taking Adit Infratel ahead of its competitors?

Mr. Vikram :-  Channels play a crucial role as they are the front runners and work on expansion and distribution of our products.

Vikas Gupta :-  Who are the main competitors and how do you differentiate from them?logo

Mr. Vikram :-  We do not consider any particular brands as our competitors. Actually speaking all the brands are our probable customers.

Vikas Gupta :-  What is your overall market outlook? What would be your focus areas for the next one year?

Mr. Vikram :-  Market outlook for 2016 is looking bright. We have lot of ground to cover and with Indian Government focusing on Make-in-India we see lot of opportunities for us. Focus areas will be to go in for manufacturing tie ups with the Global brands. We will be doing BTL activities for the Channel sales and ATL for the online sales. Overseas business will be definitely a focus area too.

Vikas Gupta :-  In terms of line of products, what are the key focus areas for the company?
