OUP India wins two awards at the prestigious IDA Awards 2014

 The Oxford University Press, the world’s  largest  university press is delighted to  announce that  OUP  India’s digital aid –  Oxford Educate, and My  Learning Train,  an activity-based pre-school  series won  awards at the 2014 IDA Awards. While  My  Learning Train was awarded in the  Product/  Solution in Early Learning  category, Oxford  Educate won in the  category of Digital Content in  Education  for the second time in a row.

 These awards are a great endorsement for Oxford  University Press India (OUPI), which has  consistently invested in development of world-class products and services. These are also a testimony to OUP India’s strong content and design credentials as an education publisher.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Ranjan Kaul, Managing Director of OUP India, said: “OUP India is committed to providing teachers and learners with best-in-class products and services. By winning in both print and digital categories we have once again reaffirmed our status of a world-class provider of education products and services. He added “As a department of the University of Oxford, we shall continue to create world-class resources and make them available as widely as possible in pursuit of the University’s objective of excellence in research, scholarship and education.”

Mr. Dominic Savage, Director General, British Educational Suppliers Association presented the awards to OUP India.

The IDA Awards celebrate and reward excellence in educational products, resources, and services among the education and training fraternity. The winners were announced at the IDA Awards Ceremony on 11th September 2014 at the Worlddidac India Exhibition, New Delhi in the presence of over 500 top educationists from across the globe.
