Oppo R7s 5.5-inch Smartphone Now TENAA certified

Oppo has recently introduced R7 Plus and R7 Lite handsets in India with the revolutionary New Flash Shot technology. If the reports are to be believed, the Chinese firm is now gearing up to launch its next smartphone in the R7 series. Dubbed as Oppo R7s, the device has just been certified by Chinese telecom regulator TENAA.

If we talk about the specifications, Oppo R7s sports a 13.97cm (5.5-inch) HD AMOLED display. Powered by the octa-core 1.5 GHz Snapdragon 615 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM, the phone comes with 32GB of in-built storage with expandability via microSD. It is likely to come with a bigger battery than its predecessor, though nothing has been confirmed yet.

The device runs on the latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It features a massive 13MP rear camera, besides a decent 8MP front-facing snapper for capturing selfies. Although the official name of the upcoming phone has not been decided yet, it is expected to see light of the day very soon.
