Oppo F7 with iPhone X-like display notch coming to India

It seems that the notch display of iPhone X has become a hot trend. After, Asus, OnePlus and Vivo now Oppo will be also be launching its next flagship smartphone with the same design.
Chinese manufacturer has tweeted that the it will be launching its next generation flagship smartphone Oppo F7 in India. Successor to the Oppo F5, the smartphone is said to come with an iPhone X-like notch display and minimal bezels.
Earlier, the company tweeted that it will launch the smartphone on March 26 in India. However, it later removed the tweeted with the launch date. Along with this, the company has also signed an Indian cricketer as its brand ambassador. The company has tweeted and is asking its fans to guess the cricketer.
The smartphone maker has not yet revealed any other details about the smartphone, but it is expected to come with a 6.2-inch full HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio. It is also expected that the smartphone can sport a 25MP front camera with Artificial Intelligence like real-time HDR, AR stickers, beauty mode for selfies and others.
Earlier this year, Oppo launched its budget selfie smartphone A57 in India. The company has priced the device at Rs 14,990 and it will compete against the Vivo V7, which is also a selfie smartphone.
The handset sports a 16MP front shooter with f/2.2 aperture for selfies. The rear of the device houses a houses a 13MP camera with LED flash.
The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor. The smartphone comes with a 5.2-inch HD display of 720×1280 pixel resolution and offers 3GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB internal storage which can be expanded further by adding a microSD card.
