OpenAI reveals inaugural developer conference called ‘OpenAI DevDay’

OpenAI has announced its inaugural developer conference, OpenAI DevDay, scheduled for November 6, 2023, in San Francisco.

This one-day event aims to bring together developers worldwide, offering them the opportunity to engage with the OpenAI team, gain insights into upcoming tools, and share knowledge.

Registration for in-person attendance will open soon, and a livestream of the keynote will be available for developers who can’t attend in person.

The conference follows OpenAI’s recent efforts to cater to enterprise applications, such as the launch of ChatGPT Enterprise and the availability of fine-tuning for GPT-3.5 Turbo API.

OpenAI intends to continue enhancing its offerings for specific roles in the coming months. CEO Sam Altman expressed excitement about showcasing the latest developments and enabling developers to create new applications and services using OpenAI’s technology.

Currently, millions of developers are utilizing OpenAI’s models like GPT-4, GPT-3.5, DALL·E, and Whisper for various use cases.
