Chinese smartphone maker, OnePlus which is set to roll out its latest flagship smartphone – OnePlus 3 in India, has said that the company has plans to inaugurate exclusive customer service centers in the country. In a first, the company is also promising a 1-hour time to fix the issues of the customers in its yet to be established service centers. One Plus has inaugurated its first exclusive customer service center in the city of Bengaluru, and plans to increase their number to 6 with new centers in New Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. As per the company, the new service center outlets will set new benchmarks in the country with their exceptional customer support infrastructure. The service centers will also offer pick and drop services for customers in the remote areas of the above cities. “We are thrilled to launch our first Exclusive Service Center in Bangalore. With this launch, we embark on a journey of a renewed commitment to resolve customer issues within an hour. Our promise to our fans is to offer exceptional smartphone experience while complementing it with world-class support and infrastructure. This is yet another step in fulfilling that commitment,” said Vikas Agarwal, GM, OnePlus India during the launch of the Bengaluru service center. The service centers will also serve as ‘experience zones’ for the company’s devices, where in customers can get their hands on the devices before purchase. The company is expected to unveil its One Plus 3 smartphone on June 14 this year, which will be available for pre order via the company’s Loop VR shopping experience.
