OnePlus is set to launch the budget-centric Nord CE 3 Lite on April 4

OnePlus, a Chinese smartphone manufacturer, is expected to launch the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite on April 4, 2022. According to a leakster named Max Jambor, the upcoming smartphone is distinct from the previously leaked Nord 3 or Nord CE 3. However, little is known about the Nord CE 3 Lite at present.

Recent rumors suggest that the OnePlus Nord 3 will be powered by a Dimensity 9000 chipset and will feature a 6.72-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to come with a triple camera setup featuring 50+8+2 megapixel sensors and a massive 5,000mAh battery that supports fast charging of up to 80W.

On the other hand, the Nord CE 3 is speculated to have similar specifications, such as a high refresh rate display, triple camera setup, and a large battery, but with a different chipset, the Snapdragon 782G, instead of the Dimensity 9000. However, this information is based on unofficial sources and subject to change.

As for the Nord CE 3 Lite, it is not clear what features it will offer as of yet. Although the name suggests that it could be a toned-down version of the Nord CE 3, last year’s Nord CE 2 Lite had different specifications than the regular Nord CE 2, such as a different screen, chipset, and battery.

It is also possible that the Nord CE 3 Lite will launch separately from the Nord 3 and Nord CE 3, as it did with the Nord CE 2 Lite. In addition, plans may change as OnePlus has not released any official information about the upcoming smartphones.

OnePlus has gained a reputation for producing high-quality smartphones at affordable prices. The Nord series is known for offering a premium experience without the high price tag of flagship smartphones. As such, many tech enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the launch of the upcoming OnePlus Nord smartphones.
