OnePlus Doubles Down on Gaming, launches third edition of Campus  Dominate 2026 Across 16 Universities to Champion India’s Next Generation  of Esports Talent

Reinforcing its long-term commitment to gaming and India’s rapidly growing Gen Z  community, global technology brand OnePlus today announced the third edition of Campus Dominate 2026,  its nationwide collegiate esports initiative designed to bring competitive gaming directly to university  campuses across the country.

The biggest edition yet, Campus Dominate 2026 will travel across 16 universities in eight cities over the next  two months, engaging more than 100,000 students and 50+ creators through competitive esports, hands-on  product experiences, creator interactions and community-led activities with exclusive OnePlus merchandise  up for grabs. Anchored by a massive OnePlus Gaming Truck, the tournament transforms college campuses into  immersive gaming arenas, creating a unique platform where technology, gaming and youth culture come  together.

Building on OnePlus’ performance-first philosophy and gaming-focused product innovations, Campus  Dominate has evolved into one of India’s most exciting collegiate esports properties. Last year’s edition  witnessed participation from over 12,000 students and culminated in the rise of Nebula Esports, whose victory  at Campus Dominate’25 became the launchpad for their professional esports journey. This year, OnePlus is  significantly scaling the initiative with more campuses, deeper on-ground engagement, larger creator  participation and a doubled prize pool.

Commenting on the initiative, Ishita Grover, Director – Marketing, OnePlus India said, Over the past year,  we’ve spent a lot of time understanding what truly resonates with Gen Z, and gaming emerged as one of the  strongest passion points. With this insight in mind, we decided to make this year’s Campus Dominate’26 larger  than life.”

She further added, “India’s campuses are home to some of the country’s most passionate budding esports  athletes. With OnePlus Campus Dominate 2026, we want to create a platform that brings esports directly to  students, celebrates campus pride, and gives emerging talent an opportunity to showcase their skills. We  believe the future of esports will be shaped by grassroots communities, and initiatives like this help create  clearer pathways for aspiring players to grow within the ecosystem.”

The Campus Dominate 2026 roadshow will travel across Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Jaipur,  Chandigarh, New Delhi and Noida, culminating in the Grand LAN Finale in August.

We recently kicked-off Campus Dominate in Pune on June 29th at G H Raisoni College of Engineering and  Management by engaging with 3500+ students on-ground including 893 Campus Pro players. This Pune leg  also witnessed the emergence of the first Campus Dominate Champion who got a direct ticket to the Grand  LAN Finale.

At the heart of Campus Dominate 2026 is a BGMI 4v4 tournament, where college teams will battle through on ground qualifiers to earn the title of campus champions. The winning team from each of the 16 participating  universities will qualify for the Grand LAN Finale, where they will compete for the Campus Dominate 2026  championship and a ₹10 lakh prize pool. Every competitive match, from campus qualifiers to the Grand Finale  will be played exclusively on the OnePlus Nord 6, allowing participants to experience the device’s gaming-first  performance firsthand.

Beyond the tournament, the OnePlus Gaming Truck will offer an immersive festival-like experience with  dedicated OnePlus Nord experience zones, creator meet-and-greets, gaming challenges, quiz competitions,  merchandise giveaways, UGC contests and interactive activities designed to engage both competitive gamers  and casual participants alike. More than 50 creators will join the roadshow across cities, bringing the  excitement of Campus Dominate to millions of gaming enthusiasts online. Exciting competitions like ‘Creator  Lobby’ encourage participation from hyperlocal campus creators to battle it out for the best campus creators’  tag on ground with a chance to win a OnePlus Nord 6.

As India’s esports ecosystem continues to mature, collegiate gaming is emerging as one of the country’s  strongest talent pipelines. Through Campus Dominate 2026, OnePlus aims to strengthen grassroots esports by  creating structured competitive opportunities that enable young gamers to compete, gain exposure and build  pathways into India’s professional gaming ecosystem.

Registrations are now open for eligible college students across participating universities.
