“Nothing’s CMF Announces Official Release Date for Its Debut Products”

Last month, Nothing unveiled its subsidiary, CMF, and disclosed that its initial product lineup would debut this year. Now, we finally have a confirmed release date, and it’s set for this month. Here’s what to anticipate.

CMF by Nothing has officially announced that its inaugural smartwatch, TWS earbuds, and accompanying accessories will be launched in India on September 26 at 2:30 pm. The essence of this subsidiary brand is to provide high-quality, aesthetically pleasing products at more affordable price points, making them accessible to a broader audience.

These CMF-branded products are set to be available through various retail channels, including Flipkart (Nothing’s usual e-commerce partner), Myntra, and select brick-and-mortar stores like Vijay Sales.

While specific product details are still scarce, recent leaks have provided some insights. It’s suggested that the lineup may include a GaN charger, along with the rumored Watch Pro and Buds Pro. All three products could feature an orange color scheme, the chosen shade for CMF. While there might be unique design elements in line with Nothing’s aesthetic, there’s no official confirmation on this front.

The Watch Pro is anticipated to sport a 1.96-inch AMOLED display, Bluetooth Calling support, built-in multi-system GPS, health tracking features such as heart rate and SpO2 sensors, sleep tracking, and various sports modes. It could also offer an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance and come with an estimated price of around Rs 4,500.

The Buds Pro may offer 45dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), 10mm drivers, up to 11 hours of playback time, and “ultra bass technology,” among other features. These earbuds are expected to be priced at approximately Rs 3,500. As for the GaN charger, it’s likely to support 65W fast charging and feature a 3-in-1 design for enhanced compatibility, with an estimated cost of Rs 3,000.

Nothing’s CMF has also launched its inaugural CMF Community Review Program, inviting content creators to test its products before they hit the market and share their feedback. Applications for this program are currently open.

However, official information regarding CMF by Nothing’s initial product lineup is still pending, and we’ll have to wait until September 26 for more comprehensive details.
