We recently wrote about the launch of Nokia’s C12 smartphone and now, HMD Global has launched a new entry-level smartphone in India, the Nokia C12 Plus, which is a step up from the Nokia C12. Priced at under Rs 10,000, the Nokia C12 Plus offers great value for those looking for a 4G smartphone.

The device features a large display and a high-capacity battery that lasts for a full day, making it an excellent choice for daily use. Additionally, the Nokia C12 Plus is powered by a Unisoc SoC and comes with a microSD card slot that allows you to expand the phone’s internal storage.

Pricing in India

Only one storage capacity option of the Nokia C12 Plus has been released in India. For Rs 7999, it offers 32GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM. It will come in Charcoal, Dark Cyan, and Light Mint, three distinct colours. It’s important to note that the C12 Pro was introduced with two memory configurations, whereas the Nokia C12 was launched with just one memory configuration. Both smartphones are still below the Rs 7999 price threshold.

Specification

A 6.3-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution compatibility is included with the Nokia C12 Plus. A Unisoc octa-core CPU running at 1.6 GHz, up to 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage power it. The smartphone has a 4000mAh battery and a 3.5mm audio port for users who prefer wired earphones.

For photography, the back of the phone has a single 8MP camera, and the front has a 5MP sensor for selfies and video calls. It should be noted that it enables 4G VoLTE, making it compatible with Indian telecom operators’ networks.
