Motorola launches Moto X Force with ‘shatterproof’ display at Rs 49,999

Motorola has finally launched the much awaited Moto X Force in India with Shatterproof display. The company has priced the handset at Rs 49,999 and it will be available via Amazon, Flipkart and other retail outlets across the country starting from February 8. The USP of the handset is its 5.4-inch ‘shatterproof’ display which is powered by Moto ShatterShield display technology.
Talking about the specifications, the Motorola Moto X Force features a 5.4-inch qHD display with 1440x2560p resolution.The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The handset comes equipped with a 21MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for clicking selfies.
The Motorola Moto X Force is powered by a 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor coupled with 3GB RAM. The internal storage of the device accounts to 32GB/64GB which can be further expanded up to 2TB via microSD card. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GLONASS, NFC and it packs in a 3,760mAh battery.
The Motorola Moto X Force was first launched in October last year in the US Motorola Droid Turbo 2.
