Microsoft Launches Lumia 830 & Lumia 930 in Golden Variants

American software giant, Microsoft has launched a couple of new variants of Lumia 830 and Lumia 930 at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2015, Las Vegas.

Gold Variants Of Lumia 830The Microsoft Lumia 930 Gold and Microsoft Lumia 830 Gold with a refreshed look will be sold initially in select regions including Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and China. Whereas in India, only Lumia 830 Gold smartphone will arrive. The company noted that the Lumia 930 Gold will be made available by the end of this month whereas the Lumia 830 will reach the market in February. The prices of these new models have still been kept under wraps.

Microsoft also stated that the Lumia 830 Gold and Lumia 930 Gold models will be made available only in Black and White colour options. Both of these smartphones have similar specifications broadly, apart from few. Just to recollect, the Lumia 830 comes with 12.7-cm (5-inch) HD (720×1280 pixels) ClearBlack IPS LCD display with pixel density of 296ppi. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor alongside 1GB of RAM, 10MP rear camera with LED flash and 1MP front facing camera. It stores 16GB internal storage space which can be further expanded to up to 128GB via microSD card. It is backed by a 2200mAh battery.

On the other hand, Lumia 930 comes with a 12.7-cm (5-inch) HD (1080x1920pixel) display with 441ppi pixel density. It is powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC alongside 2GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB internal storage space , 20MP rear camera and 1.2MP front-facing camera. It is backed by a 2420mAh battery.
