Meta unveils additional dashboard functionalities for content creators: Several Subtitles, Rewards for Milestones, and Further Options

Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, has introduced an upgraded dashboard specifically designed for content creators, applying to both platforms. The new features grant creators the ability to include multiple captions and thumbnails in their reels to analyze and understand the most effective types of titles for their audience.

The platform has incorporated an achievement rewards system to encourage creators to attain certain milestones, offering increased visibility and a broader reach. Meta has extended the tracking duration from 28 to 90 days for better analysis of content performance.

The pivotal change in Meta’s dashboard is the introduction of A/B testing for reels, which permits creators to experiment with up to four distinct captions and thumbnails on a single reel. This feature, accessible on mobile devices, allows creators to monitor and assess the reel’s performance based on different titles, enabling them to determine the most engaging and effective styles for their titles and images.

Meta’s new functionalities enable both creators and regular users to create reels directly from existing videos and live streams, providing editing options to refine the reels before sharing. Moreover, a new achievements center within the professional dashboard rewards creators with badges based on the type of content they produce and introduces ‘Reel streaks’ for consistent weekly reel posting.

With the inclusion of Reel metrics, creators can track specific statistics for individual reels, including watch time and comment count, allowing comparison against their account averages.

Furthermore, Meta has improved the dashboard’s user interface, implementing a search function in the help center for easy issue resolution. These updates are gradually being introduced in phases to creators and will be available to all users in the upcoming weeks.
