Meizu Plans Its M1 Note Handset In India

Meizu had revealed its plans to debut in India. While meizum1Notetech-buffs were speculating what the Meizu’s first device would be, the handset manufacturer has entered the Indian market with its M1 Note smartphone.

Launched in China in December, the device comes with a 14cm (5.5-inch) HD display with a resolution of 1080x1920pixels.

The phone has 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM which can be further expanded up to 32GB. Interestingly, it doesn’t feature a microSD card.

The M1 Note relies on a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 64 bit processor and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with Flyme OS 4.0. Powered by a 3140mAh battery, the phablet looks similar to Apple iPhone 5C.

The connectivity options include LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth 4.0. It sports a 13MP rear camera with dual-LED flash and 5MP front-facing camera for capturing beautiful selfies. While, the handset is available in China in green, pink, blue, yellow and white; it’s not confirmed if Meizu introduce all its colour variants in India. The M1 Note will be available online exclusively through Amazon, starting May 20 at 2pm. However, the price of the phablet has not been disclosed yet.
