Matrix Geo Solutions Limited, a geospatial technology and engineering consultancy, reported strong operational momentum during the first quarter of FY2026-27, securing new orders worth approximately ₹6.41 crore and executing 36 projects across Rajasthan, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Meghalaya, Bihar, along with an overseas project in Mozambique. The orders were secured across the water, railways, mining, power and infrastructure sectors.
Several key infrastructure projects recorded significant progress during the quarter. The Narmada Parikrama Project reached nearly 50% completion, with survey work covering approximately 1,800 sq. km. completed within 40 days despite challenging terrain. The Nacala Rail Corridor project in Mozambique advanced to around 70% completion following mobilisation of project teams and equipment.
The Jaipur Road Project achieved approximately 400 km of data acquisition and processing within two months. Matrix also completed the Taiyabur and Dheng Khatunja projects, delivering canal alignment and hydrographic surveys covering nearly 600 km. Work continued on the Abu Road railway simulation project, where the initial phase of Digital Twin modelling received positive client feedback.

Alongside project execution, Matrix continued to expand its order pipeline through a selective bidding strategy focused on technically complex geospatial projects. During the quarter, the Company submitted 17 bids with an aggregate estimated value of approximately ₹7.92 crore and secured an additional work order worth approximately ₹1.56 crore.
The Company also strengthened its operational and technology capabilities during the quarter. Drone surveys, LiDAR mapping, GIS and Digital Twin solutions remained integral to ongoing project execution, supported by the induction of additional drone platforms, LiDAR systems and related equipment. Investments also continued in proprietary geospatial software, AI-enabled analytics, Digital Twin platforms and cloud-based infrastructure intelligence solutions. Matrix further expanded its technical workforce with the addition of skilled professionals and certified drone pilots.
Business development remained active during the quarter. Matrix Geo Solutions received empanelment from PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) to provide consultancy and geospatial services across multiple domains, expanding its eligibility to participate in future consultancy assignments undertaken by PFCCL. The Company also added Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (MPSEDC) to its client portfolio, broadening its presence across the government and public sector ecosystem.
