LG’s Android Flip Phone Gets Global Release As Wine Smart

A few days back it was reported that South Korean tech firm LG introduced its range of Lollipop-powered LG LGGentle flip phones in its home country. Beautifully blended with modern specifications, the handset featuring traditional phone design seems to be a great gift for all flip phone lovers. While the specifications bring back your old memories, the firm didn’t speak about its availability in other countries.

However, it seems that the tech firm is now looking forward to bring the gentle range of phones in other countries as well. Branded as LG Wine Smart, the devices will be available in various countries including France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Japan, Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom.

LG Wine Smart sports an 8.12cm (3.2-inch) HVGA touch-enabled display with a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. Powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core processor, the phone comes with 1GB RAM and 4GB ROM which can be further expanded via microSD. Backed by a 1700mAh battery, the device claims to come with LTE support.

The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It also features a 5MP rear camera and a 0.3MP front-facing camera to woo selfie lovers and comes with a large keypad. With such features, the phone seems to be a perfect gift for elderly people.
