LG to Introduce G Flex 2 Smartphone With Bendable Display

CES 2015 is knocking at our doors since just a few hours are left to begin with one of the most awaited tech shows at Las Vegas. Just when the event is about to start, technology giant LG has showcased some posters which ensure that a new smartphone from the company, LG G Flex 2, will be introduced at the event.
LG  G Flex 2The poster was first spotted and reported by The Verge and their reports also said that there is not much details about the smartphone on the board right now. As far as the poster says, G Flex 2 is going to exist in the market, it will be a curved phone and a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor is being used in the phone. Well, nothing among whatever has been told about the phone so far is very unique and interesting, but CES has not seen any flagship announcement since quite a long time now.

The smartphone’s main USP is that it’s a curved device with bendable display. This design and built is not offered by any smartphone maker in the market till now. The promotional poster from LG also carries a tagline, ‘Redefining the Curve’. Well, there are some speculations going on concerning the features of the smartphone. The phone might sport 15.24-cm (6-inch) or 13.97-cm (5.5-inch) display with 1080×1920 resolution and a Snapdragon 810 processor. Though none of the specifications are confirmed now.

In the self-healing shell, the phone will follow its previous model only. In the beginning of 2014, LG G Flex was launched with 15.24-cm (6-inch) 720p plastic OLED curved display, 2.26 Ghz Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM and 13MP rear camera.
