LG Announces New OLEd TVs With Unique Design & Modern Technology

LG CES 2015 keynote has concluded and seven new OLED TVs have been LG TVannounced by the company at the event. The new OLED TVs’ screen sizes vary from 139.7-cm (55-inch) to 195.58-cm (77-inch) with 4K UHD resolution.

Almost all the variations of large screen OLED TVs have been explored by the company. They are offering all kind of models – ranging from flexible to curved as well as flat. The newly announced OLED TV models are – 195.58-cm (77-inch) Flexible Curved EG9900, 165.1-cm (65-inch) Art Slim Unibody EF9800, 195.58-cm (77-inch) Curved EG9700, 139.7-cm (55-inch) and 165.1-cm (65-inch) Floating curved EG9600 and 139.7-cm (55-inch) and 165.1-cm (65-inch) Floating Flat EF9500.

LG 77EG9900 is one the top of the list as it offers some cutting-edge design as it can transform itself from flat to curved and after pressing a single button through the remote, it can be taken back to its flat shape again. Along with 4K resolution, this TV also offers 3D view though in passive mode. All the new OLED TVs are using the company’s own WRGB technology. This is a pixel structure which allows a white sub pixel, helping in expansion of colours.

Colour stability is further regulated by LG’s Optimised True Colour technology and it offers variations in brightness as well as the viewing experience. 4.2-channel Harman/Kardon audio solutions are used in all the new launches. The slim TVs are though more focused on their thinness factor and being slim, the TV offers a floating experience.
