Lenovo Unveils New ThinkPad Laptops

A month after tech giant Microsoft announced the availability of Windows 10, world’s leading manufacturer Lenovo_Thinkpadof personal computers Lenovo has introduced a new range of laptops running on the latest desktop operating system. If reports are to be believed, the tech giant is gearing up to unveil the laptops at IFA 2015 which is to be held in Berlin from September 4 to 9, 2015.

According to the latest reports, Lenovo is all set to announce ThinkPad E460, E560, E465, and E565 under its popular E series of ThinkPad laptops.

If we talk about the specifications, ThinkPad E460 is likely to sport a 35.56cm (14-inch) anti-glare display with the resolution 1366 x 768 pixels, whereas, the E560 would feature a 39.62cm (14-inch) display with 1920×1080 pixel resolution.

Powered by Intel Skylake Core i7-6500U processors, with an AMD Radeon R7 M360 or M370 (2GB GDDR5) GPU, the upcoming laptops give options to its users to choose between Intel Core i5-6200U and Intel Core i3-6100U processors along with Intel HD Graphics and a discrete AMD Radeon R5 M330 (2GB GDDR5) GPU. With three USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet port and optional fingerprint security, the laptops claim to last for nine hours after being fully charged.

The ThinkPad E465 and ThinkPad E565 also sport similar specifications with same ports and connectivity features. However, they are powered by AMD processors instead of Intel. Both the laptops come with 720p HD webcams, but are rated at 6.5 hours.
