ITVoice News: Lenovo has introduced three variant in its Yoga Tablet-2 series, involving Tablet 2 with (20.32- cm) 8-inch screen, Yoga Tablet 2 with (25.4-cm) 10-inch and Yoga Tablet 2 Pro priced at Rs 20,990, Rs 28,990 and Rs 47,990, respectively.
Lenovo announced the launch of its Yoga Tablet 2-series during an event in New Delhi on Thursday. The series involves the launch of Yoga Tablet 2 with (20.32- cm) 8-inch screen, Yoga Tablet 2 with (25.4-cm) 10-inch and Yoga Tablet 2 Pro for Indian market. The series was originally unveiled in UK almost a week ago.
Yoga Tablet 2-series runs on Android 4.4.2 OS and is powered by Intel Atom Z3745 quad-core processor. The tablets pack 2GB RAM, 8MP rear camera and 1.6MP front camera. On connectivity front, they support 3G and voice-calling system.
The tablets also support front-facing dual-speakers and the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro, involves an add-on feature of 127-cm (50-inch) pico-projector.
According to the company, the new Yoga Tablet 2 (20.32- cm) 8-inch tablet will be available from 17 October, exclusively via its online retail partner Flipkart. Whereas Yoga Tablet 2 (25.4-cm) 10-inch and Yoga Tablet 2 Pro will hit the market in mid-November.
As far as prices are concerned, Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 (20.32- cm) 8-inch, Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 (25.4-cm) 10-inch and Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro will be available for Rs 20,990, Rs 28,990 and Rs 47,990, respectively.
