Lava has announced the Iris X1 Grand smartphone in January and is priced at Rs 6,552. The smartphone has arrived running the “old” Android 4.4 KitKat, but today the company has announced that it has started rolling out the new Android 5.0 Lollipop update.
Although the update was promised to be available at the launch, users didn’t have to wait too much for it. To download it, check your “System Updates” if it is available for your phone. Lava advises users to backup their phones and reset them to factory settings prior the update.
