The Blaze 5G was the cheapest 5G smartphone in the nation when it was first released by Lava last year. It came with 4GB RAM, and today the business announced that a more potent version is being released.

The new Lava Blaze 5G has 6GB RAM and is currently available on Amazon for INR11,499 ($140), which is its introductory price before going up to INR11,999 ($145).

The 6.5″ LCD display on the Blaze 5G sports a waterdrop notch, 720p resolution, and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The Dimensity 700 chipset powers it, and the RAM may be expanded by using so-called “virtual RAM,” which takes memory from the available storage, which is once more 128 GB in this case.

A 50 MP camera and a sizable 5,000 mAh battery round out the primary specifications.

Even if the Lava phone is 5G ready, not many people will be able to use it. In 100 large cities, Jio is still building out its next-generation network, whereas Airtel is only in “important cities and places.”

Given that both carriers committed to launching a true 5G network by the end of 2023, the Blaze 5G is a smartphone that is ready for the future.
