Launch of Huawei Mate 40 Series

Huawei Mate 40 series is all set to be launched on 22nd October the company’s CEO and Executive Director has taken to social media to confirm the development. The series will be debuted in the Chinese market, and it will be available in the rest of the countries soon. As per an MIIT certification, the series may comprise 3 smartphones namely Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro, and Mate 40 Pro+. The Pro configuration has also been leaked that has hinted at a dual hole-punch selfie camera and a quad-camera setup at the back.

There was an announcement that stated that the Mate 40 series will be launched in China on 22nd October. To confirm the launch a poster was shared for 8 pm china’s local time. The background comes with an image of what the sky will look like if people look from the bottom of a well. It could be portraying an eye-ball insinuating at focus capacities. Huawei’s flagship phones are known for its brilliant cameras, and the Mate 40 should brag about it too.

The MIIT certification spotted in August seemed to give a hint at 3 models in the offing. The 1st one is tipped to be the vanilla-colored Mate 40 smartphone with Ocean as codename and OCE-AN00 as its model no., and the 2nd one is desired to be the Mate 40 Pro with Noah as the codename and NOH-AN00 as its model number. The most premium one is called the Mate 40 Pro+ which comes with NOP-AN00 as its model number.

The information regarding Mate 40 Pro was also leaked a few months back, and the smartphone is seen to sport a dual hole-punch selfie camera setup. It is also seen that at the back, the new smartphone will have a quad rear camera setup inside a circular module. Also, at the back, one of the sensors is set to be a periscope lens. The Mate 40 Pro suggests a dual-edged curved display as well.
