Kaspersky Appoints Jaydeep Singh as Head for India Operations

Kaspersky, the Russian Cyber Security company has made a prominent change at their highest position for Head of Operations, Jaydeep Singh has been appointed as the Head of Operations for India, which also means that he’ll act as the General Manager for the enterprise segment. Singh will be responsible for leading Kaspersky’s business operations and driving growth across the country, the company said in a statement.

I am delighted to welcome Jaydeep to the team. His expertise in the enterprise segments and our targeted industry domains will ensure that Kaspersky adopts resilient strategies to guide our sales and marketing efforts in India.

Prior to joining Kaspersky, Jaydeep Singh held significant leadership positions in renowned companies such as Citrix, where he served as Sales Director. Additionally, he gained valuable experience working as a Senior Sales Director at Oracle. He has handled solution sales and business development in individual and leadership roles in the Indian & SAARC / South Asia region over the last 24+ years.

Jaydeep Singh successfully completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University. Additionally, he obtained his Executive General Management Programme (EGMP) from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB).

Recently, Kaspersky uncovered a fresh cyberattack threat specifically aimed at older iPhone models running outdated versions of iOS through the iMessage application. This malware was detected during the company’s monitoring of its own Wi-Fi network for mobile devices. The attack operates by infecting iPhones through malicious attachments within received iMessages.
