Karbonn seems all set to introduce its next budget smartphone, the A91 for the Indian market. The Karbonn A91 is now listed at an e-commerce website for Rs. 4,490; however there is no word on the availability of the device, with the page providing a ‘Notify Me’ option for consumers.
The Karbonn A91 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box and is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone. It features a 3.9-inch display with a resolution of 480×800 pixels (WVGA).
The Karbonn A91 is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor (unspecified chipset) along with 256MB of RAM. The smartphone sports a 3.2-megapixel rear camera and also houses a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It includes 512MB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The A91 packs a 1500mAh battery and comes with connectivity options such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE and Micro-USB. The smartphone is available in three colours: Black, Red and White at Flipkart.
Recently, Karbonn Titanium S5i, a new variant of the Titanium S5 smartphone, was also listed at an online retailer, without price.
The Karbonn Titanium S5i smartphone offers dual-SIM (GSM-GSM) support, and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The new Android smartphone from Karbonn comes with a 5-inch TFT display with a 480×854 (FWVGA) pixels resolution. The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB of RAM.
The smartphone sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and also houses a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The Titanium S5i handset comes with a 4GB in-built storage, and can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
The Karbonn Titanium S5i supports 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, and GPS connectivity options. It is backed by a 2000mAh battery, and is available in Deep Blue colour.
