Jabra Elite Sport waterproof wireless fitness tracking earbuds launched in India at Rs 18,990

Jabra has launched Elite Sport, its wireless waterproof earbuds in India. Priced at Rs 18,990, the earbuds will be available for purchase from August 8 across retail and online stores in the country.
The Jabra Elite Sport earbuds are designed for personalised fitness tracking with in-ear heart rate monitor. The company claims that the heart rate monitor delivers 90% accurate results and an integrated app gives automatic fitness testing results. The app also offers a race-time predictor and recovery advisor. Along with this, the Jabra Sport Life app delivers real-time in-ear coaching for an uninterrupted workout.
The device is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. It also offers passive noise cancellation and a frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz. The device comes with IP67 rating which means that it can withstand fresh water for 30 minutes.
The company claims that the earbuds can offer up to 4.5 hours of stereo music and calls and 200 hours of standby. The charging case available with the device offers two full charges which last for up to 9 hours.
Recently, Jabra launched Bluetooth mono headset Talk 2 at Rs 2,099. Jabra Talk 2 includes multi-device connectivity and has Bluetooth 4.0 support. It claims to adjust the volume automatically to allow users stream multimedia wirelessly.
The headset has power controls on the side, along with an LED light that indicates battery status. The Jabra Assist companion app (available for both iOS and Android) allows easy pairing of the mono headset to smartphones and also lets users keep track of the talk time left. The headset is claimed to last 9 hours on a single charge.
