In a significant development, Iris Global Services, India’s Most Trusted ICT Distributor, has supplied IT hardware worth Rs 45 crore to its Delhi-NCR-based partner ProcMart a brand owned by Instant Procurement Services Pvt. Ltd. (IPSPL), reinforcing its strong presence in the government education and digital infrastructure space.
The supplies spanning Desktops &Tablets, Power Solutions Products and CCTV surveillance systems from leading global brands including Acer and Sparsh have been deployed across 18 state-level education and ICT projects.
Key states include – Tripura, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi among others.
IPSPL’s flagship brand ProcMart, founded in 2015, is a leading B2B supply chain solutions provider catering to enterprise giants such as Colgate, Cadbury, Unilever,
P&G and Harman.
The company serves over 130 enterprise clients across sectors including FMCG and automotive.
Beginning its association with Iris Global in 2019 with modest orders of Rs 5 lakh,
the partnership has scaled significantly.
- In FY 2022: ProcMart revenue was Rs 100 crore,
- FY 2024–25: it clocked at Rs 525 crore
- While in FY 2025–26: ProcMart was reported their revenue at Rs 825 crore,
Their business with Iris Global touched Rs 45 crore.
The growth has been largely driven by government-led ICT and education digitization projects.
Looking ahead to FY 2026–27, ProcMart is targeting Rs 1,500 crore in overall revenue, with Rs 300 crore expected from government business. Of this, approximately Rs 200 crore is projected to be sourced through Iris Global, indicating a deepening strategic alignment.
