Bolstering IRIS’s all India spread, Lenovo has now appointed IRIS to handle its consumer market entailing – Lenovo PCs, Desktops, Laptops and LFRs for all partners in Mumbai.
IRIS expects a business worth Rs 3 – 4 Crore per month being generated from this current venture with Lenovo in Mumbai.
The current business with Lenovo has also led IRIS to also be appointed as the distributor for Lenovo’s Western India division for SMB businesses.
IRIS was earlier handling Northern India, Eastern India and Southern India except Delhi NCR and now acquired the Western India region. itvoice
An industry report earlier this year stated that the India is the fastest growing SMB nations in the world with more than 48 million small and medium businesses base. Around 80 million people in India are associated with the
SMB sector which is bringing a CAGR of more than five per cent.
Tapping the same, IRIS expects a business worth Rs 3 – 4 crore per month being generated from this current venture with Lenovo in Mumbai.
A Stock & Sell plan for Lenovo Desktops and Laptops to Small and Medium Businesses – SMB market (below 500 people) has been put in place, which would generate a business of about Rs 5 crore per month
Having a long relationship with Lenovo, IRIS recently has also bagged the award of “ Doer of the Year ” having the highest growth rate among all of Lenovo’s Distributors in the financial year 12-13.
