Infotech Software Dealer Association Gets New Leadership Team

Infotech Software Dealer Association – ISODA, the PAN-India association of national software and system integrators conducted the 7th AGM recently where it named its new office-bearers.

The new office-bearers are: Kavita Singhal (Chairperson), L Ashok, (President), Vipul Datta (Vice-Chairman), Nilesh Kuvadia (Vice-President), Jiten Mehta (Secretary), Kanti Gosar (Treasurer). Also, the regional secretaries were named during the event. Rajeev Mammidanna (West), C R Ramesh (South), Harish Tyagi (North) and Manasi Saha (East) are the new regional seceratiaries.

Speaking at the event, Kavita said that the top agenda of the team would be to increase new memberships, enrol women entrepreneurs, strengthen ISODA representation with govt distributors and OEMs, and ensure successful adoption of ISODA 2.0.

ISODA V2.0 portal was launched by a committee headed by L Ashok last year and it aims at getting the members together to derive business benefits.

“The new team will concentrate on having 200 members in the association which is around 170 now. The summit of the association is planned on the first week of February,” Ashok told ‘Channel Times’ further adding that the association will keep representing the concerns of the software dealers with the government.

On the double-taxation, he said the implementation of GST will be a relief of the issues.

Around 47 members across the country participated in the event.
