Honor 8 Handset With Dual Camera & Octa-core Processor Available @ Rs 29,999

Huawei has launched another smartphone under its sub-brand Honor, Honor 8. The flagship smartphone from the company is honorpriced at Rs 29,999. The key highlight of Honor 8 is its dual rear camera setup.

Earlier this year, the smartphone was launched in China and is the successor to Honor 7 launched last year.

The smartphone will be available on Flipkart, Amazon and the company’s official Honor store online. It will also be available across leading retail stores in the country.

Honor 8 comes in Pearl White, Sunrise Gold, Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue colour options.

The smartphone flaunts a metal body design with a glass back and also comes equipped with a fingerprint sensor. The handset features a 5.2-inch full HD 2.5D curved display with 1080×1920 pixel resolution. The screen comes with an eye care technology, which reduces the background light to reduce strain on user’s eyes.

Powering the device is an octa-core Kirin 950 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. It offers 32GB of onboard storage and users can expand it up to 128GB by installing a microSD card.

The device comes equipped with a fingerprint sensor placed on the rear panel, which also doubles up as a smart key.

The smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system topped with the EMUI of the company. The hybrid dual-sim device boasts of 12MP rear dual cameras with dual-tone LED flash and an 8MP front-shooter for selfies. The connectivity options of the device include, 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and USB Type C. The handset is backed by a 3,000mAh battery with fast-charging support.

The company also launched two other smartphones Honor smart and Holly 3, priced at Rs 19,999 and Rs 9,999 respectively.
