ProfitWatch Call Accounting for Hotels is compatible with most PBX and Property Management Systems to allow hospitality users to easily and accurately report on call usage. Once the software was installed by the telecom administrator on-site, ProfitWatch was configured to integrate with the Hilton’s existing NEC phone system. The Hilton is now able to utilize ProfitWatch to customize client billing rates and even set-up promotions to entice guests to use their in-room phones instead of personal cell phones.
