Helpchat Launches Its Mobile App To Make Chat-Assistance Even More Personal

Launched across Android and iOS platform, app to further ease customer experience

Helpchat, a chat-based personal assistance app that helps users get more things done, has recently announced the launch of its mobile Screenshot_2015-09-15-12-34-03application for Android and iOS platforms. The brand, which was developed in order to simplify consumer experience in a world complicated by information and choice, will be looking to further ease the demands made by everyday tasks on its users’ time and attention through the mobile app.

The latest development will allow Helpchat to increase its service outlay by providing mobile personal assistance to its users in getting anything or everything that is part of their daily task list – from grocery purchase to ordering food, technical support to locating a medical specialist, plumbing requirements to booking movie tickets – done in a brisk and efficient manner.

Speaking on the announcement, Ankur Singla, Founder and CEO, Helpchat, said, “Initially incepted as the complaints redressal forum Akosha, Helpchat has since pivoted its approach to become a power tool in the hands of people which amplifies their ability to get things done tremendously. By expanding our services to a mobile platform, we will further increase the convenience levels of today’s technology oriented users and help them do more by doing less.”

Currently serving more than 1 million high transaction intent chat sessions a month, Helpchat provides priority access to large brands including major players like Voltas, Eureka Forbes, MakeMyTrip, Bookmyshow, Oyo Rooms, HDFC Life and Spice Mobiles. The Helpchat app will be available for free download on Google Playstore and iOS Store.
