GreyOrange Enters The Coveted Robotics Business Review RBR50 2016 Global List

GreyOrange, a multinational robotics firm, has been named as one of the most noteworthy companies in the global robotics industry for 2016 by Robotics Business Review (RBR). The acknowledgement has come for company’s groundbreaking work in helping organizations around the world optimize their supply chain through robotic automation solutions for warehouses and fulfilment centers. The elite RBR50 list, which considers metrics such as innovation, application, and commercial potential and outlines those who should be kept on the global business radar in 2016, has put the Indian robotics industry on the global map for the first time in its five year history. According to RBR50, “GreyOrange has arrived big time in logistics and has a wonderful opportunity in Asia for its mobility products. It’s all alone and way out in front in Asia.” The company features alongside Alphabet, Amazon, Foxconn, Samsung and Kuka, amongst others, in the elite list.

The RBR50 list is a dynamic one, with robotics companies entering and leaving on an annual basis and thus creating a list that is indicative of where the global robotics industry as a whole is headed. This international compilation spans 11 countries, where 23% of the list is comprised of young companies. “The World Economic Forum cites 2016 as the launch of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and has tabbed robotics as the lead player in that transformation.
