SendGrid, Postman and Coinsecure support as API partners
Exotel, one of India’s leading Cloud Telephony Companies, will host an API Hackday on Saturday, 12 
December 2015 at 91 Springboard, Bengaluru. The API Hackday is a 12-hour hackathon that challenges people to get together and make something awesome. The hackathon is open to all, with up to 4 people on each team. The total number of participants is limited to 60 on a first come first serve basis.
The hackathon seeks to catalyze the vibrant tech ecosystem in the country and there are no restrictions on platform and language. There is also no specific theme. Other sponsors of the event include Sendgrid, Postman and Coinsecure.
Commenting on the hackathon, Shivakumar Ganesan, Co-Founder and CEO, Exotel said, “A culture of innovation can be fostered and encouraged through rigorous idea generation and implementation, by empowering people with the adequate tools. The hackathon will give a platform to highly talented developers and coders to show their mettle and we expect to see some wonderful ideas come up at the event. The winners of the hackathon will get drones and GoPro cameras. Participants who would be attending the hackathon will also be entitled to travel reimbursement (train and bus).
