Megha: – What is the client base of the company?

Mr. Sunil Bhan:- E office imaging solution is in business for more than 5 year now. We keep on introducing new products and technology in printing technology for the channel and consumers.  We have a large client base of IT resellers, Corporate including (Fortune 500, SMB, AUTOMOBILE, EDUCATION and BFSI) Commercial segment and government sector also.

Megha:- What are the services provided by E-Office solutions?

Mr. Sunil Bhan:- E office believes in after sale service , our main business is totally depend on customer satisfaction and new leads get generate from customer service satisfaction basis. We provide after sales service support round the clock, on site demo, we offer complete range of online and offline printing service and have renting business also, as many corporate and jobbers are opting for it, and we are happy to deliver it and opt it as investment for us but to keep our relation with customer for a long run and remain ahead of competitors we appreciate it.

Megha: – What kind of marketing strategy do you use?

Mr. Sunil Bhan:- We use both offline and online marketing strategy to promote our business, in offline we have print, product road show, seminars, and glow sign boards. And in online we have social media, Google ads words, digital marketing, webinars, newsletters etc. As we believe in BIBLE (Before you buy live experience in our demo room)

Megha: – What is the communication strategies used?

Mr. Sunil Bhan:- we are in continuous touch with our channel partners and other corporate client base, as communication we approach them through EDM, mailers, customer service support, social media and other modes of communication

Megha: – What is the vision of the channel?

Mr. Sunil Bhan:- we have a huge base of channel network and have good relationship with them from last many year’s, As of now market trend is changing and online business is grooming,  as a result channel is diminishing and online is growing. In order to tackle this challenge we have planned price support, service support training programmers in their respective territory.
