Distribution Strategy & Market Growth
IT Voice- How has Rashi Peripherals strengthened its distribution strategy in 2025 to reach deeper into Tier-3 and Tier-4 cities?
Rajesh Goenka- Rashi Peripherals is known for its robust distribution network and wide reach. We continue to expand our branch network and footprint to serve the growing ICT demand in India.
In 2025, we have significantly expanded our regional presence through our Channel Business Forum (CBF) roadshows. CBF is a flagship event that enables direct engagement with partners in emerging markets, empowering them with product insights, training, and business opportunities. Our focus remains on deepening our presence—not just expanding reach but also ensuring that technology access and support extend to every corner of the country.
IT Voice- What role is technology—like AI-based forecasting or digital inventory systems—playing in optimizing your supply chain and partner efficiency?
Rajesh Goenka- Rashi Peripherals is at the forefront of implementing modern technology to streamline our business processes and achieve optimum output. We were the first distributor to implement SAP HANA decades ago. Our entire distribution infrastructure runs on SAP, and we recently implemented a CRM system. We also leverage technologies such as Power BI for real-time inventory tracking and resource allocation. These tools have made our supply chain more agile and predictable, enabling faster partner fulfillment and optimized working capital management.
IT Voice- With the increasing presence of online marketplaces, how is Rashi differentiating itself to ensure channel partners remain competitive?
Rajesh Goenka- Our strength lies in relationships, reliability, and regional expertise. We help partners stay competitive by offering credit support, localized service, marketing enablement, and training on emerging technologies. Our approach ensures partners build profitable, sustainable businesses while maintaining end-customer trust through strong post-sales support.
New Collaborations & Product Portfolio
IT Voice- Rashi Peripherals announced several new collaborations this year, including major OEMs like Dell and Quantum. How are these partnerships shaping your product strategy for 2025 and beyond?
Rajesh Goenka- Our collaborations are aligned with India’s digital transformation goals. Partnerships with brands like Dell, Quantum, and others allow us to bring AI-ready, edge, and enterprise-grade solutions to the Indian market. We’re expanding from device distribution to end-to-end solution enablement—helping customers adopt integrated technologies for performance, security, and scalability.
IT Voice- Which emerging technology segments—AI, Edge Computing, or Smart Surveillance—do you see driving your next phase of growth?
Rajesh Goenka- We see strong momentum across AI-powered computing, cybersecurity, and surveillance. As businesses digitize, the demand for intelligent endpoints and secure, connected infrastructure is growing rapidly. Our focus is on building capabilities in these areas through both product diversification and partner enablement.
IT Voice–Can you share how your team is enabling and training partners to handle these new product categories effectively?
Rajesh Goenka- Through initiatives like the Channel Business Forum (CBF), we conduct on-ground training sessions, product workshops, and certification programs in collaboration with OEMs. These engagements are designed to equip partners with technical know-how, sales enablement tools, and hands-on experience—empowering them to confidently position next-gen technologies in their respective markets.
