DataWind announces its collboroation with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) to offer free unlimited internet service to its UbiSlate 7Cz and UbiSlate 3G7 tablet buyers. The company also, joins hands with UniverCell to make thier products easily available in Southern India. Now, DataWind products will be avialable at UniverCell’s more than 500 retail outlets spread across southern India.
The company moves ahead to increase its market share and continued its partnership with BSNL to provide bundled internetaccess on the Company’s UbiSlate tablets. It will offer enhanced brwosing experience on the UbiSurfer browser on even congested or rural 2.5G mobile networks with the company’s proprietary acceleration technology that reduces bandwidth consuption by 20 times on average basis.
Datawind UbiSlate 7CZ tablet is equipped with 1 GHz dual dore processor and 1 GB RAM. The 7-inch tablet is coupled with 2 MP primary and 0.3 MP secondary camera. The Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean powerred tablet has 4 GB internal storage capability that can be expanded up to 32 GB.Another 7 Inch UbiSlate 3G7 tablet boasts 1.2 Ghz dual core processor and 1 GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and has 2 MP primary and 0.3 MP secondary camera. With the 4 GB internal memory, it supports 32 GB microSD.
